Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pak355 platform at pak355.net (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pak355 Platform. Continued use of any part of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those updates.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the pak355 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. pak355 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request identity documentation to verify your age during the KYC process.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a company, organisation, or third party.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming and sports betting in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the pak355 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, where pak355 has determined it cannot legally offer services, or where pak355 has specifically excluded access.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pak355 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a pak355 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

By registering on pak355, you warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to -date. pak355 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.

Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on pak355. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device configurations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak355 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak355 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak355 immediately via live chat or by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 15 of these Terms. pak355 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account pending resolution.

pak355 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder is found to be under the minimum age of 21;
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or KYC verification;
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion is detected;
• The account is used in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity;
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body issues a direction to do so.

Account closure requested by the player will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure, subject to verification and these Terms, will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pak355 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak355 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pak355 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page within your pak355 account and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process, including submission and approval of valid government-issued identity documentation.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within the same business day for requests approved before 17:00 PKT.
• pak355 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

pak355 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Funds may only be withdrawn to payment methods registered in the same name as the pak355 account holder.

Bonuses & Promotions

pak355 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time limit, after which any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the promotion terms. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is PKR 500 (or the equivalent as stated in the specific promotion terms), unless pak355 expressly states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless pak355 expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: pak355 employs sophisticated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk. pak355 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the pak355 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and virtual games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on pak355:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the pak355 system. pak355 accepts no liability for errors in judgment by the player regarding game rules, strategies, or expected outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings from a malfunctioning round will not be paid.
• pak355 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is reasonable evidence of software exploitation, RNG manipulation attempts, or collusion.
• Live dealer game results, as determined by the physical outcome observed by the live dealer's cameras and confirmed by the platform, are final and binding.
• Players are prohibited from using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers on the pak355 Platform.

Specific rules for individual game categories — including live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti, and Dragon Tiger — are accessible within each game's information section. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with individual game rules before wagering real money.

Sportsbook Rules

The pak355 sportsbook covers a wide range of sporting events, with a particular focus on cricket — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches (Tests, ODIs, and T20Is), and other major domestic and international tournaments. The following terms apply to all sportsbook wagers placed on pak355:

• Odds & Markets: All odds are displayed in decimal format by default. pak355 reserves the right to suspend markets, amend odds, or void markets at any time prior to the event commencing, or during the event in the case of live in-play betting.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the pak355 system. Bets not confirmed by the system for any reason — including technical issues — are void.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. pak355 provides ball-by-ball live markets on major cricket fixtures. pak355 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for any reason without prior notice.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum required play period (as defined by the applicable sport's rules), all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. If an event is postponed, bets will remain valid for a period of 48 hours. If the event does not commence within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets will be void.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per player apply. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook and are subject to change. pak355 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak355 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits;
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer tables;
• Using automated software, bots, or AI tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity related to sports events on the pak355 sportsbook;
• Sharing account access with another person, including allowing a third party to deposit, wager, or withdraw on your behalf.

Responsible Gaming

pak355 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we recognise our obligation to provide tools and support to players who may be at risk of developing problematic gambling behaviours.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the account dashboard:

Intellectual Property

All content on the pak355 Platform — including but not limited to the pak355 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of pak355 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak355 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pak355 content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pak355 software or Platform component;
• Use any pak355 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by pak355;
• Frame or mirror any pak355 page or content on any other website or platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak355, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pak355 Platform.

pak355's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak355 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, error, or technical issues at all times;
• Any particular game, market, or feature will remain available on the Platform indefinitely;
• Information published on the Platform is free from inaccuracies or omissions.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

pak355 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pak355.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pak355, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak355 will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services) where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

pak355 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak355 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the pak355 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these Terms came into force.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak355 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, players are required to submit a written complaint to pak355's customer support team. pak355 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by pak355's gaming licence authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
